I don’t know about you, but nothing says warm and cozy when it comes to breakfast than warm fluffy waffles. I know that there are different kinds of waffle recipes out there from buttermilk to traditional ones. This is one that I have used for years and is always a hit when I make them. I love waffles for both breakfast and dinner as they are topped easily with what you want and they are so filling and satisfying in the tummy. (we love not only berries on our waffles bu peaches and whipped cream) ….. YUMMY! I’m not a big fan of waffles that get hard once they are finished cooking. I really enjoy the squishy goodness of a fluffy waffle and the best thing about these is that they stay soft all day. So you can make them in the morning and enjoy them at night if you want. These are waffles I know you will enjoy just as much as I do.
