From wall tiles to flooring options, lighting to home furnishings we help you create a cohesive plan and execute the vision for the way you live. We help with all phases of design and construction from conception to completion.

Discovery
At the start of each project we have a meeting to go over your space, desired goals for use of the space, vision on the aesthetic and must-haves as well as your planned investment.
01.
DESIGN + PLANNING
Our goal is to help you get a clear vision with where things are headed and the scope of work that will be undertaken. We share sketches and renderings of options for the space along with initial suggestions for design direction. If you have a contractor or architect, e work alongside your them to measure and discuss layouts, permits and structural changes. We also go over estimated time for the project and minimum design fee for the hours the project takes to complete. Finishes, furnishings, and fixtures are also an important part of this phase.
02.
IMPLEMENTATION
Signing off on the final design is the start of your project. Plans and selections are finalized and this phase now enables us to start the ordering process. We track the purchases, ensure correct placement of materials and make site visits to ensure the vision is executed.
03.
Finalization
Upon completion of construction, our team comes in and brings the vision full circle by installing furnishings, furniture, home accents and accessories. We then coordinate and execute a client walk through where any concerns and discoveries can be discussed and the solutions to solving them. We finalize the project with photography.
