I’m totally feeling spring in the air aren’t you! I saw a blue jay the other day and I knew, spring was truly tapping on my door. We hit 70 degrees here in Connecticut this week and man oh man I was feeling FABULOUS that day. There is something about the beginning of spring that brings new life and meaning to me. I feel invigorated to start something new, to be a better version of me. It’s weird sounding I know, but the changes make me happy. Speaking of happy. You all know I love flowers and I’m seeing so many pretty colors in the stores now. They make me giddy happy every time I pick up some new ones. The choices expand SO much with what I can buy in the warmer months.
With Easter just a few weeks away, I had to start thinking about my Easter Brunch tablescape. I went into Pier 1 the other day (if you follow me on snapchat @sandradownie you would have seen me on this shopping trip). Well while there I saw these beautiful plates that reminded me of a field of blooming flowers and I knew I would design the tablescape with a blooming floral color theme.

The pink plate charger is from Michaels and the napkins and floral plate were all bought at Pier1
