With New Year’s Eve right around the corner, I thought I would share this holiday colada recipe with you all. I love a good pina colada, but I wanted to try something that would be lighter tasting but still an oh so good version of that. Slushy type Pina Coladas are usually something I enjoy when on vacation and I didn’t want this to be a frozen version, but rather a non frozen version that could be served in a nice old fashioned cocktail glass or stylish martini glass. This is super easy to make and you and your guest are in for a treat. Cheers and Happy New Year!
