New Stripped Tassel Rug For My Office

Turkey day is tomorrow and I’m so getting ready to enjoy the only day of the year that a food comma and sitting on the couch after stuffing my face for hours on end is acceptable. Yes, I’ll take that. Right next to our dining room (where you can find me stuffing my face tomorrow) is my office/craft room and I’m almost done decorating it and look forward to sharing it with you all. Throughout our entire home, we have hard wood floors. So far rugs are in the living room, and master bedroom. I’m still on the hunt for ones for the guest room and sunroom. I don’t want to buy rugs just to buy them. I really have been looking for rugs that fit the personality of each room. Under my desk, I wanted a comfy fluffy rug with personality, if that makes sense lol. When I’m up working on creating content for the blog or working on projects for my clients, I’m at my desk for hours. So I wanted something that would make my feet feel warm and comfy. I came across these striped tasseled rugs from Lorena Canal and absolutely knew that the grey stripped one was EXACTLY what I wanted in there. I read up a little more on her company and felt even better about putting the rug in a space I spend hours a day: The rugs are: handmade, 100% cotton, non-toxic, uses natural dyes, have no VOC or flame retardants. I really wanted to share those key details with you all, especially for those of you who have little babies/toddlers that might want a healthy rug for them to lay/play on. The best part…they are washable. OMG like how many times do we spill something on a rug (me coffee and wine in my offie lol) and wish we could pop it in the washer. Well with this rug, I have washed it and I love how it came out. Just like new. The color I have is the Glacier Grey, but the rug comes in these 4 other colors. Totally loving my decision to have this rug in here. No regrets. Just warm cozy feet!
