Happy Monday loves, can you believe Christmas is next Tuesday?! I’m over here wondering where did the month of December go? We are super excited to be taking a family trip to Spain for Christmas, and sharing the trip with you all along the way, so be sure to follow me over on the gram Today, I’m sharing my 2018 Christmas Home Tour with you. If you saw my appearance on the Rachel Ray show then you may have seen my home already. I normally don’t use red every year, I haven’t incorporated red into my holiday décor for a few years now but once I saw some buffalo check red pillows in the stores, I knew that would be the direction I would take this year.
SUNROOM: Surprisingly enough I didn’t have to buy everything new and I went through my stored holiday decor, and was happy to find I had some things already that would work in my décor this year. The red buffalo check pillow I got from Target a few years ago. The big mini tree on the side table I got at Nordstrom and the little one from Homegoods. The tin the mini tree is in on the coffee table, I found at Michale’s this year. The black and white buffalo check pillow I found at Michael’s as well.
LIVING ROOM: I’m always asked about our flocked tree. This is the 6.5 Foot King Flock Artificial Christmas Tree With 700 Warm White LED Lights + Power Pole from King of Christmas
The red ribbon on the tree I found at Michael’s
On the coffee table I kept it simple. I decorated the sofa with a black and white buffalo check pillow and throw, both found this year at Michael’s. The birch log greenery arrangement I got from Fioré Flower Studio.
DINING ROOM: On the fireplace mantel, I used grapevine wreaths with fresh pine, holly berry and juniper clippings added to make a statement above the mantel. All the stockings I found at Michael’s this year and the mini trees I already had.
On the dining table I took a rustic box that I had laying around added some of the candle sticks I already owned and again some fresh greenery and pom poms to make an inexpensive but pretty center piece.
On the dining room buffet I filled my urns with fresh clippings from the pine tree outside. Free décor…who doesn’t like that. I then mixed in some red berries I found at Michael’s. The black lantern I got last year from Target and the reindeer a few years back from Pier1.
I hope you all enjoyed this Christmas tour. Feel free to visit another one of my see past Christmas tours here
Hi!!
Any chance you still have the red/white ticking stocking and would be interested in selling? I’m expecting this Christmas and need one more for baby boy to match our set.
Loved your Christmas tour! Your home and decor are gorgeous, comfy and inviting!!?❤
Thank you so much Sherry!
