Hi loves, it’s been a while since I posted a cocktail recipe for you all and I think the time is right with Thanksgiving just around the corner. Apple cider is everywhere this time of year and what better way to celebrate being thankful than toasting with friends and family with an Apple Cider Bellini. It’s super easy, super tasty and it’s sure to be a favorite this time of year and in the future.
Apple Cider Bellini

- BASE:
- 8 oz quality apple cider
- 3 oz apple vodka
- ½ cup triple sec
- 1 tbsp sugar
- TOP OFF:
- 1 bottle of brut Prosecco or Champagne
- In a pitcher, combine all ingredients, stir and chill. Can be made up to 24 hours in advance. You can also add apple slices as garnish they will not turn brown. Fill champagne glasses up half way with the chilled base and top off with Prosecco or Champagne
- For a virgin version: Use sparkling apple cider as prosecco/champagne and use orange juice instead of triple sec. Garnish as desired.
