Pumpkin Banana Pudding Parfait

If you love banana pudding as much as I do, boy are you in for a treat. I love pumpkin pie as well and with Thanksgiving right around the corner I thought it would be a delicious treat to share an EASY dessert idea you can serve up this Thanksgiving! Preparing an entire Thanksgiving meal can often be very time consuming and daunting. Dessert should be easy and this recipe will have your guests singing your praises.  Adults and kids alike will find this a delicious ending to wonderful meal.


Pumpkin Banana Pudding Parfait

Serves: 4 servings
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 24 vanilla wafers
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¾ cups pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • dash of cinnamon
  1. In a quart size ziploc bag put the vanilla wafers in and crush them up.
  2. In a small bowl combine the pumpkin puree and the sweetened condensed milk with a small dash of cinnamon.
  3. In glass parfait cups start layering the vanilla wafers, vanilla pudding, pumpkin mixture and bananas. Alternate until cup is filled and then top off with a small bit of the crushed vanilla wafers as a garnish.
  4. Enjoy
