Brown Butter Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • Salt + Pepper
Instructions
  1. Salt +Pepper to taste both sides of the chicken breast. Next, coat both sides of the chicken with the flour. In a sauté pan, melt the butter on med-high heat. Brown both sides of the chicken until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  2. Next in the same pan, add the chicken stock, squeeze the juice of 2 lemons (you can add the juice of one more if you really like lemon flavor) and add the brown sugar. Cook for a minute and then add back in the chicken and cook for another 3-4 more minutes turning the chicken once and spooning the lemon gravy over the chicken in the process. Remove and serve hot.
