Sea Salt and Toffee Brownies

  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ⅓ cup toffee chips
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup Hershey's Cocoa
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp course sea salt
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch square baking pan and set aside.
  2. In medium bowl, stir together the butter sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs and with a spoon beat well. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to the egg mixture beating together until well blended. Stir in the toffee chips.
  3. Spread the batter evenly into the baking pan and bake 20-25 mins (NOTE) half way through baking sprinkle more toffee chips and the course sea salt flakes on top
