• Table Talk: Frozen At It's Best

Frozen, the movie. I don’t think there are many parents left in the world that haven’t seen that movie. As a parent, I’m sure you sing along to the songs just as much as your kids do. It’s OK. It will be our little secret. Inspired by listening to the movie soundtrack songs “Let It Go” and “Do You Want to Build a Snowman”  the other day, we thought what better way to celebrate the season of giving, love and family than to do a Frozen inspired tablescape. One that is simple and pretty and oh so Frozen at it’s best. The best thing about the inspiration for this table is that so many things were already laying around the house. As consumers we spend so much money around the holidays that we encourage you to find ways to recycle items from around your home. The reality is that things will just be moved around for that one night you are hosting a holiday dinner or party. So go ahead and don’t be afraid to disturb things for the moment. Challenge yourself and see how creative you can be.

CENTERPIECE: All the candles, candle sticks and ornaments were things we already had. The only things purchased where the white ornaments that look like they are covered in snow.  Got them at Michael’s.

PLACE SETTING: Again we had everything in the house. We used our Cameo machine to print the name tags and layered a silver ornament and ribbon to create the finished look.

Beautifully done and classy! I have 3 girls, so there is no escaping the Frozen Craze, lol.
Would you be willing to give the source of those awesome dishes? Thank you!

Hi Netty, so sorry just seeing that you commented. The dishes came from Home Goods. They always have really nice plain white dishes. 🙂 Love Frozen…it’s such a classic now!
